In the second half of the hour, on ASK THIS OLD HOUSE, general contractor Tom Silva helps a homeowner solve the mystery of her melted vinyl siding. Then, Tom, along with Kevin, Roger and Richard, asks "What is it?" Afterward, Kevin and a specialist perform a whole-house energy audit.
