In a "Help Wanted" jobs special, Need to Know examines how millions of jobs are unfilled, even during a period of high unemployment, because workers don't have the necessary skills. The program focuses on Alabama's efforts to train a new generation of shipyard workers to fight unemployment and attract business to the state.
